Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on January 12, 2023, found that Morningstar Home Care, INC, had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite survey completed on November 2, 2022.

Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an offsite survey completed on Novemeber 2, 2022.
